Want to submit a product suggestion or enhancement?

At Simplicity, we are customer driven. In other words, we are always happy to receive suggestions for changes and additions to the feature set of any particular program we offer. In fact, we depend upon our customers to willingly offer ideas for improvement.

If you see a need for a certain feature (or a way to enhance an existing feature) in any of our products, please let us know. The best way to do this is through the mail. Please submit the following information:

• Describe the feature or enhancement, and include an idea of how you think the feature should be implemented (what prompts are needed, etc.).

• Include a drawing and sample data so we may reproduce the enhancement here.

• Include all formulas, and references (if possible).

• VERY IMPORTANT!!!  Include a daytime telephone number where we may reach you with any questions.

• Mail your information to us at the address below, Attn: Product Enhancements, or email them to us at New Ideas.

• Your personal contact information is safe with us.  We never rent, sell, or otherwise distribute this information to any other parties.
